Privacy policy
This page says exactly what HCARE keeps when you use this website, why we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
Only what you type into a contact form on this site: your name, phone number, email if you give one, what you are looking for, any note you add, which property you were viewing when you sent it, and any photos, videos or documents you choose to attach (repair, interior and job application forms). Attachments are stored on HCARE’s own server under random, unlisted file names that only HCARE staff receive. Nothing else is collected about you.
Why we keep it
To call you back about the property you asked about. Your details go into HCARE’s own customer records so the person handling your enquiry can follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone outside HCARE unless you ask us to (for example when you want us to introduce you to a landlord).
Cookies
This site sets exactly one cookie, named hcare_nv. If you arrive through a link shared by one of our staff, it remembers which colleague referred you for 30 days, so the right person looks after you. It holds nothing else, and there is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
No third-party tracking
There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no advertising script anywhere on this website. Your visit is not reported to anyone. Our server keeps your IP address in memory for a short while only, to stop automated systems from flooding the contact form; it is not written to our database.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are still working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Asking to see or delete your data
Write or call us and say what you want removed. We will confirm once it is done.
