The Metropole Thu Thiem sits beside Thu Thiem bridge, facing central District 1 across the Saigon River. In terms of distance it is one of the closest addresses to District 1 that is still on the far bank — which is to say, still quiet.
The development is split into four precincts handed over at different times: Galleria in 2021, The Crest in 2023, The Opera in 2024, and The OpusK as the final one. Each precinct has its own facilities deck reserved for its residents, so it feels nothing like a single large apartment block.
