See available apartments, register clients and track your own commission
- You bring a tenant to an HCARE apartment: we share the commission.
- We bring a tenant to your listing: we share the commission.
- Terms are agreed with you directly and put in writing before the viewing.
- Register your client (last 4 digits of their phone + first name) to hold the claim for 7 days.
- Once an HCARE staff member confirms you attended the viewing, your claim is protected for 30 days.
- Commission is paid once the landlord has paid us — you can check the status yourself.
You cannot log in straight after signing up: HCARE reviews your details, approves the account, then calls you with a password — usually the same working day.
