Sunshine Sky City
Phu Thuan, District 7 · Giao lộ Phú Thuận và Huỳnh Tấn Phát, Phú Thuận, Quận 7, TP.HCM
Sunshine Sky City stands at the corner of Phu Thuan and Huynh Tan Phat in District 7. It is the only address HCARE manages in the south of the city, and the area feels nothing like Thao Dien or Thu Thiem: wide roads, canals everywhere, and Phu My Hung a short drive away.
It is a large development — 9 towers clad in Low-E glass, with over 2,200 apartments plus nearly 1,500 officetel units. What gets talked about most is the water: more than 12,000m² of it, including an internal river running between the towers, a rooftop infinity pool and an indoor pool usable all year.
IT IS HANDED OVER TOWER BY TOWER rather than all at once. The first tower is done and the rest follow. So the apartments are brand new, but parts of the site are still a building site — ask HCARE which tower is finished before arranging a viewing.
Around the building
- Phu Thuan bridge and the Huynh Tan Phat corridor into the centre
- Riviera Point right next door
- The Ca Cam canal alongside the site
- Phu My Hung, Crescent Mall and Vivo City a short drive away
- RMIT University and the international schools of District 7

Who it suits
People working in District 7 or Phu My Hung who want a brand-new apartment. The trade-off is that construction continues around you — if building noise bothers you, ask HCARE for a finished tower away from the active site.
